- After-Hours charges for time worked midnight to 8am or 8pm to midnight. (0000h-0800h,2000h-2359h)
- On-Call Ready Time runs for every hour we are ready, 8x5, 12x5, 12x7, 24x7 or other schedule to be negotiated.
- Payment by Check or Service Discount for every referral with minimum two hour service request
- Clients who pre-purchase these blocks of time receive time-priority preference when requesting services.
Rate Agreement
We require that all clients acknowledge these terms with a signed copy of this document returned to us. This page may be printed, signed then faxed or mailed to us.
