  1. After-Hours charges for time worked midnight to 8am or 8pm to midnight. (0000h-0800h,2000h-2359h)
  2. On-Call Ready Time runs for every hour we are ready, 8x5, 12x5, 12x7, 24x7 or other schedule to be negotiated.
  3. Payment by Check or Service Discount for every referral with minimum two hour service request
  4. Clients who pre-purchase these blocks of time receive time-priority preference when requesting services.

We require that all clients acknowledge these terms with a signed copy of this document returned to us. This page may be printed, signed then faxed or mailed to us.
